"Our recruitment process"
Recruitment process in our company starts as soon as we receive your application. We assess all job applications we receive during the initial phase, and then contact suitable candidates to arrange a personal interview. We will keep your applications in our database for six months in case of any current or future recruitment needs.
During the interview phase, we discuss about the experience you have gathered through your education and work experience. We give chance to our interviewee to have two-way exchange of information. At the end of the interview, we discuss about what we except from the interviewee and what the interviewee can expect from us in future if they success in our screening process.
